Emerging Principles of PI CME

Beth Mullikin, MS and some of her colleagues involved in the broad aimed CS2day project have started thinking about some practical guiding principles for PI CME. Here are four of them:

  1. Projects are designed for feasibility and impact
  2. Activities incorporate sound educational principles
  3. Project planners use evidence to support decision making
  4. Adopts a systems/organizational view of the change process
