PI (CME) in a Rehabilitation Unit

Looking for descriptions of PI projects? Here is good example of a brief report on a fall prevention in an impatient rehab unit. Look at what metrics were used and what interventions were selected to improve the situation in that setting. It is a nice example of a focused improvement effort. Doubt if CME credit was even a consideration here – but it could have been.
